Swimming pool

The water envelops the body at a constant temperature, while the counter-current system offers an effective but gentle workout. Whirlpool stations, arranged along the edges, promote relaxation and improve blood circulation through targeted water jets.

Finnish Sauna

Combined with the bio-sauna, it provides two different sauna experiences: the dry heat of the Finnish sauna (90°C) cleanses in depth, while the bio-sauna (60°C/60% humidity) offers a gentler way of detoxifying. Enriched with natural fragrances, it relaxes the senses.
