Tourist tax

The local tourist tax per person per day (over 14 years) is not included in the price and must be paid on site.

Final cleaning

The final cleaning is not included in the accommodation price.

Booking and deposit

A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay and our written confirmation has been received. The deposit can be paid via bank transfer to:

Payment methods

Payment can be made in cash (up to €4,999.99), by instant bank transfer, or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by debit card.

Cancellation policy:

For cancellations up to 1 month prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded
For cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained
For cancellations from 14 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the booking will be charged

In case of late arrival, early departure or unoccupied beds, the full amount of booking will be charged.

If the number of guests arriving (including children) exceeds the number stated in the booking, additional charges will apply according to our current rates.

The apartments do not allow the addition of extra beds.

Check-in: from 16:00 to 21:00 (please advise if arriving after 21:00).
Check-out: by 09:00.

Travel insurance

We recommend that you take out travel insurance with your provider to cover cancellation, interruption, or delayed arrival.

Pets

Pets (no puppies) are allowed on request and subject to confirmation. There is a charge of €25.00 per pet per day. Owners are fully responsible for any damage and must ensure that pets are never left alone in the apartment.

Non smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the entire chalet.
